About Me.
Hi! I'm Samuel Zhang and I am a recent graduate from the University of California, Santa Cruz. I majored in Computer Science: Game Design during my undergraduate program. I was involved in my university's Chinese Student Association for three years where I served as a househead and the financial chair, two years on the badminton team, and one year in Game Design and Art Collaboration: a game development club that focuses on creating one large game each year as part of a Mock Studio program. I am actively pursuing a career in software engineering and/or game development with my passion for video games. I am proficient in programming languages including Python, Javascript, C#, C/C++, Java, HTML and CSS. For game engines, I have experience with Unity, Phaser, Twine, and Construct3.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing all types of games (my favorites are League of Legends, It Takes Two, Assassin's Creed, Tomb Raider, Hollow Knight, and Overcooked 2), cooking comfort foods, watching Korean horror movies or anime, and going out for boba runs.
